I do have the “pleasure” of using Teams at work so yes it is used for meetings and calls. I use it far more for instant messaging and sending my colleagues gifs. It’s sad how grateful I am that somebody somewhere made the decision to let the troops have gifs in Teams. On the rare occasion I need to call someone outside the place I work I have to use a different program as we don’t have Teams set up to let anyone make external calls.
Oh yes, I remember the relentless barrage of Comms and Portals from school!
Best to just ignore it all, and then having a cramming session with your child, who can fill you in, if you’re ever called in to see the Head Teacher. 😉🤞✔️
It feels like the only acceptable ending to the story at this point! And, oh my God, yes: I have no idea how people with more than one kid cope! It would literally be a full-time time just managing their school days and social lives...

Interesting! Max will probably use it to send people gifs too, tbf...
I have four apps too 🤷🏻♀️ Love your articles as always, Amber. I relate to so much of it. Particularly the shade that Instagram throws.
Thank you! And yes, Instagram is the worst -- they're almost as bad as Max's school with all the hoops they expect us to jump through!

Ha, sounds like a plan!
