Look! A poll!

Help me decide a name for my newsletter...

As some of you may have noticed, last week I changed my newsletter name from ‘Forever Amber’ — the same name as my blog — to ‘The Awkward Girl’s Guide’… and… (deep breath)… now I’m thinking of changing it back again.

I know.

Sorry.

The main reason for the change was that I wanted the newsletter to be distinct from the blog, and also to have a name that would give new readers some kind of clue as to what it’s about. (I mean, I know my existing readers know exactly what to expect from ‘Forever Amber’ at this point, but people who stumble across the newsletter on Substack aren’t going to have a clue, are they?)

TAGG ties in with the name of my weekly Awkward Girl’s Guide to the Week (This week’s post is here, by the way, if you haven’t seen it yet…), and also works with a lot of the content I publish here — but, of course, as soon as I made the change, I started second guessing it, and wondering if I should switch back, or go with something completely different.

So I’m turning it over to you guys. What do you think the newsletter should be called? Regardless of the name, the content itself isn’t going to change, and the blog will always be Forever Amber… but should the newsletter be something different?
