What a bummer! I hope they'll pay your money back and unblock your account. This is the big downside of social media being run by few - or actually one - big company. One is really dependend on them and if they chooose not to act, there is not really something to do about it.

It's so frustrating - I understand it must be really hard for them to reply to everyone who wants to ask them something, but I feel like if they're going to suspend your account they should at least make it a bit easier for you to speak to them about it!

As luck would have it, I lodged an appeal with Paypal and they've just replied saying they'll uphold it and refund the money, so at least I have my money back - now just to get the account back too!
